- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit until foamy.
- Add milk, egg, butter, sugar, salt, and flour. Mix into dough.
- Knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise 1 to 2 hours.
- Roll out and cut into squares.
- Fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden.
- Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
