Description

Festive Thanksgiving cake pops made with moist cake, creamy frosting, and colorful fall candy coatings. These bite sized treats are perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients listed on package
  • 3/4 cup vanilla frosting
  • 12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 8 ounces orange candy melts
  • 8 ounces brown candy melts
  • 1/4 cup fall colored sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Bake cake according to package directions and let cool completely.
  2. Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Add vanilla frosting gradually and mix until mixture holds together when pressed.
  4. Roll into 1 inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate and candy melts according to package instructions.
  6. Dip cake pop sticks into melted coating and insert into cake balls. Chill 10 minutes.
  7. Dip each cake pop into melted coating and decorate with sprinkles before coating sets.
  8. Place upright and allow to harden completely before serving.
