Juicy Thai sweet chili turkey burgers made with garlic, ginger, and a glossy sweet chili glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, plus extra for brushing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Thinly sliced cucumber
Instructions
- Mix turkey, sweet chili sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form into four patties.
- Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush with extra sweet chili sauce and toast buns.
- Assemble with lettuce and cucumber and serve.
Notes
- Do not overmix to keep patties tender.
- Cook over medium heat to avoid drying out.
- Let patties rest before serving.
