Creamy s’mores cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, toasted marshmallow topping, and rich chocolate drizzle. A nostalgic dessert with an elegant twist.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into bottom of pan and bake for 8 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Place pan in a larger dish and add hot water halfway up the sides.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until center is slightly set.
- Turn off oven and cool gradually for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Top with mini marshmallows and toast lightly under broiler.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth texture.
- Do not overmix the batter.
- Chill completely before adding topping.
