Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk butter and sugar, then add egg whites and vanilla.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Spread thin circles of batter on parchment lined sheet.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes until golden at edges.
- Roll immediately around spoon handle and cool.
- Dip in melted chocolate if desired.

- Work quickly while cookies are warm.
- Spread batter very thin.
- Store in airtight container.
