- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
- Layer phyllo sheets brushing each with olive oil.
- Place feta in center and fold phyllo around to enclose.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle sesame seeds and thyme before serving.
