Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds ground beef (80 percent lean)
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, about 32 crackers, crushed finely

- 3/4 cup ketchup, divided
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, finely chopped onion, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape evenly.

- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Do not overmix the meat mixture to keep the texture tender.
- Let the meatloaf rest before slicing to retain juices.
- If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil during baking.
