No bake almond butter twix bars with a firm almond flour base, creamy almond butter layer, and smooth chocolate topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and salt. Press into pan and chill.
  2. Combine almond butter, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and vanilla. Spread over base and chill.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and pour over almond layer.
  4. Chill until set, then slice into bars.
