- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix almond flour, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and salt. Press into pan and chill.
- Combine almond butter, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and vanilla. Spread over base and chill.
- Melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and pour over almond layer.
- Chill until set, then slice into bars.
