Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder, sifted
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
  2. Add gin, sifted matcha powder, simple syrup, and heavy cream into a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until smooth and chilled.
