Instructions
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
- Add gin, sifted matcha powder, simple syrup, and heavy cream into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until smooth and chilled.
- Strain into the chilled martini glass.
- Dust lightly with matcha if desired and serve immediately.
