Loaded Big Mac Beef Biscuit Taco Cups pack all the nostalgic drive-thru flavor you crave into a flaky, handheld biscuit bowl.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Ingredients for the Secret Burger Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Ingredients for the Beef Filling & Cups:
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky layers biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ medium yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Ingredients for Toppings & Garnish:
  • ½ cup crispy beef bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup dill pickle chips or slices
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Instructions:
  2. Make Secret Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until smooth. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the rest.
  3. Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced yellow onion for 6–8 minutes, breaking it into fine crumbles, until fully browned. Drain excess grease. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the prepared secret sauce and remove from heat.
  4. Prep Biscuit Cups: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray an 8-cup muffin tin generously with nonstick cooking spray. Separate the 8 biscuits and flatten each disc into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin. Press each flattened biscuit firmly into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form a small dough bowl.
  5. Fill & Bake: Divide half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly among the bottoms of the dough cups. Spoon the warm seasoned beef mixture over the cheese, pressing down gently to pack it in. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until the biscuit edges are puffed, flaky, and golden brown, and the cheddar is melted.
  7. Top & Serve: Allow cups to cool in the pan for 3–5 minutes, then remove to a platter. Top each warm biscuit cup with shredded iceberg lettuce, crisp dill pickle chips, crumbled beef bacon, and a drizzle of secret burger sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm!

Notes

  • Drain browned beef thoroughly so biscuit bottoms stay crisp and golden.
  • Use a gentle hand pressing dough into the tin to avoid tearing flaky layers.
  • Let the secret sauce chill while you prep; it thickens and clings better.
  • Cool baked cups for three to five minutes so they hold their shape when lifted out.
