Description

Creamy, naturally sweet honey roasted peanut butter made with simple pantry ingredients and blended to smooth perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups unsalted peanuts (about 450 grams)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (about 60 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons peanut oil (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if using raw peanuts.
  2. Spread peanuts on a baking sheet and roast for 8 to 10 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Transfer warm peanuts to a food processor.
  4. Add honey and sea salt.
  5. Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons peanut oil only if needed.
  6. Taste and adjust salt if desired, then blend briefly again.
  7. Transfer to an airtight jar and let cool completely before sealing.

Notes

  • Blend longer for ultra smooth texture.
  • Stir before serving if natural oils separate.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
