Creamy, naturally sweet honey roasted peanut butter made with simple pantry ingredients and blended to smooth perfection.
Ingredients

- 3 cups unsalted peanuts (about 450 grams)
- 3 tablespoons honey (about 60 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons peanut oil (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if using raw peanuts.
- Spread peanuts on a baking sheet and roast for 8 to 10 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Transfer warm peanuts to a food processor.
- Add honey and sea salt.
- Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons peanut oil only if needed.
- Taste and adjust salt if desired, then blend briefly again.
- Transfer to an airtight jar and let cool completely before sealing.
Notes
- Blend longer for ultra smooth texture.
- Stir before serving if natural oils separate.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
