Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat, about 450°F to 500°F.
  2. Pat steaks dry and rub lightly with olive oil.
