Description

Creamy frozen yogurt fruit bites made with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit for a refreshing snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry fruit.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup.
  3. Fold fruit and optional chocolate chips into yogurt.
  4. Spoon onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  6. Store in freezer and serve chilled.
