- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Whisk 1 tablespoon olive oil with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add halloumi slices and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Arrange warm halloumi over salad.
- Drizzle dressing over the top and serve immediately.
