- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks (for topping)
- 1/4 cup banana slices (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple chunks, frozen banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
- Once smooth and scoopable, transfer the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl.
- Smooth the surface with a spoon to create an even base.
- Top with fresh pineapple chunks, banana slices, shredded coconut, and maraschino cherries.
