- 8 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water and cook for 10 to 11 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool completely, then peel.
- Finely chop the egg whites and place them in a mixing bowl. Separate the yolks and mash them until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the mashed yolks. Stir until creamy and fully combined.
- Fold the chopped egg whites into the yolk mixture and stir until evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika evenly over the top.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.

- For extra smooth texture, mash the yolks thoroughly before adding other ingredients.
- Taste and adjust mustard or salt as needed before chilling.
