Description

A creamy and tangy Deviled Egg Dip made with hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard, blended into a smooth and scoopable appetizer that delivers all the classic deviled egg flavor in an easy party friendly form.


Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water and cook for 10 to 11 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool completely, then peel.
  3. Finely chop the egg whites and place them in a mixing bowl. Separate the yolks and mash them until smooth.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the mashed yolks. Stir until creamy and fully combined.
  5. Fold the chopped egg whites into the yolk mixture and stir until evenly incorporated.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika evenly over the top.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
