- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the square pretzels in a single layer, evenly spaced.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the semi sweet chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20 second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth and glossy.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter on top of each pretzel and gently spread it to cover the surface.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer on each pretzel and spread lightly to cover.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
- Let the bites sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving so the peanut butter softens slightly.
