- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Season the liquid egg whites with salt and black pepper, then pour into the skillet and cook gently until just set. Remove and set aside.
- Warm the egg white wraps briefly in a clean pan or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
- Lay each wrap flat and spread 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt sauce evenly over the surface.
- Layer cooked egg whites, sliced grilled chicken breast, shredded romaine lettuce, and tomato slices evenly in the center of each wrap.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- If desired, place seam side down in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes to lightly toast.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
