  • 1 cup cooked grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the liquid egg whites with salt and black pepper, then pour into the skillet and cook gently until just set. Remove and set aside.
  3. Warm the egg white wraps briefly in a clean pan or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Lay each wrap flat and spread 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt sauce evenly over the surface.
  5. Layer cooked egg whites, sliced grilled chicken breast, shredded romaine lettuce, and tomato slices evenly in the center of each wrap.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. If desired, place seam side down in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes to lightly toast.
  8. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
