Description

Chicken Caesar Sliders made with juicy seasoned chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 12 slider buns
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to skillet and cook chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest and slice thinly.
  4. Toss sliced chicken with Caesar dressing and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toast slider buns at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  6. Assemble sliders with dressed chicken, romaine lettuce, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with top buns.
  7. Serve immediately.
