Chicken Caesar Sliders made with juicy seasoned chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese on soft slider buns.

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 12 slider buns
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Add olive oil to skillet and cook chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest and slice thinly.
- Toss sliced chicken with Caesar dressing and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Toast slider buns at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Assemble sliders with dressed chicken, romaine lettuce, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with top buns.
- Serve immediately.
