  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed butter crackers
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, eggs, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and shredded cheddar until smooth.
