- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups crushed butter crackers
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, eggs, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Fold in the lightly steamed broccoli florets until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed butter crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, or until the center is set and the topping is golden brown.
