- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and olive oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in broccoli and feta.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool before slicing.
