Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas and whisk in granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about three quarters full.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the tops spring back lightly and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze.
- Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze and allow it to set before serving.
