- 4 ripe but firm bananas
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers, optional
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F or prepare grill.
- Slice bananas lengthwise without cutting through peel.
- Fill with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Wrap in foil and cook 8 to 12 minutes.
- Serve warm with a spoon.
