Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in an oven safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Scatter cherry tomatoes evenly in the skillet.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly across the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 18 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Allow the frittata to rest briefly before slicing and serving.
