- 1 sheet puff pastry, about 8 to 10 ounces, thawed
- 2 tablespoons fruit preserves
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry sheet and spread the fruit preserves evenly on top.
- Fold the puff pastry over the brie and seal the edges underneath.
- Brush the entire pastry surface with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the pastry is deep golden brown and puffed.
- Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
