Instructions
- Wash and cut russet potatoes into even fries.
- Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry thoroughly.

- Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook fries in a single layer for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
