- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all purpose flour and baking powder.
- Add plain Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into a round about 1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
- Remove from the pan and keep covered with a clean towel to stay soft.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Use thick yogurt for best texture.
- If the dough is sticky, add a small amount of flour gradually.
- Cook on medium heat to prevent burning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
