Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all purpose flour and baking powder.
  2. Add plain Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  6. Flatten each ball into a round about 1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Cook each flatbread for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
  9. Remove from the pan and keep covered with a clean towel to stay soft.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use thick yogurt for best texture.
  • If the dough is sticky, add a small amount of flour gradually.
  • Cook on medium heat to prevent burning.
