Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs.
  3. Add milk and vegetable oil or melted butter to the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape into round rolls.
  6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly apart.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
