- 450 g yakisoba noodles
- 300 g chicken thigh meat, thinly sliced
- 2 cups green cabbage, roughly chopped
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger, for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add vegetable oil to the hot pan and swirl to coat.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- Add onion, carrots, and cabbage, and stir fry until slightly tender.
- Add yakisoba noodles and pour in the sauce.
- Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Stir in green onions and cook for one more minute.
- Serve hot with pickled ginger on the side.
