Description

Ingredients

  • 450 g yakisoba noodles
  • 300 g chicken thigh meat, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups green cabbage, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons pickled ginger, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the hot pan and swirl to coat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  5. Add onion, carrots, and cabbage, and stir fry until slightly tender.
  6. Add yakisoba noodles and pour in the sauce.
  7. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
  8. Stir in green onions and cook for one more minute.
  9. Serve hot with pickled ginger on the side.
