Description

A refreshing, icy slush made with watermelon, mint, and non-alcoholic rosé. Perfect for hot summer days, this Watermelon Mint Frosé is fruity, vibrant, and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup non-alcoholic rosé
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill blender jar and serving glasses ahead of time.
  2. Add watermelon, rosé, lemon juice, honey (if using), and mint leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container. Smooth the top and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes. Scrape with a fork or scoop to form slush.
  5. Add ice to blender, then pulse the scraped mixture with ice for a fluffier texture if needed.
  6. Spoon into chilled glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and watermelon slices, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use seedless watermelon for best texture and ease.
  • Taste your watermelon first before adding sweetener.
  • Freeze in a wide container for easier scraping.
  • Chilled glasses keep your frosé colder longer.
