Description
A refreshing, icy slush made with watermelon, mint, and non-alcoholic rosé. Perfect for hot summer days, this Watermelon Mint Frosé is fruity, vibrant, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup non-alcoholic rosé
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Chill blender jar and serving glasses ahead of time.
- Add watermelon, rosé, lemon juice, honey (if using), and mint leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container. Smooth the top and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
- Remove from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes. Scrape with a fork or scoop to form slush.
- Add ice to blender, then pulse the scraped mixture with ice for a fluffier texture if needed.
- Spoon into chilled glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and watermelon slices, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use seedless watermelon for best texture and ease.
- Taste your watermelon first before adding sweetener.
- Freeze in a wide container for easier scraping.
- Chilled glasses keep your frosé colder longer.
