Description

A cozy and creamy twist on classic tiramisu made with chai soaked ladyfingers and a silky mascarpone cream that tastes warm, spiced, and unbelievably comforting.


Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups strong brewed chai tea (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl for a few minutes to help the cream whip better.
  2. Whip the heavy cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the mascarpone, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom until smooth.
  4. Pour the cooled chai tea into a shallow dish.
  5. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the chai and arrange a full layer in your dish.
  6. Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layering until the dish is filled.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
