- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups strong brewed chai tea (cooled)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl for a few minutes to help the cream whip better.
- Whip the heavy cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the mascarpone, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom until smooth.
- Pour the cooled chai tea into a shallow dish.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the chai and arrange a full layer in your dish.
- Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layering until the dish is filled.
- Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Chill overnight for deeper flavor.
- Use fresh spices for the best aroma.
- Do not over soak ladyfingers or they will fall apart.
