- 1 large or 2 small flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 medium onion, caramelized
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, sauté sliced onions in oil over medium heat until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Place flatbread on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the flatbread, then top with turkey, caramelized onions, mozzarella, goat cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
- Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for a bubbly top. Let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
