Description

Ingredients

  • Large flour tortilla, 1 piece
  • Pizza sauce, 3 tablespoons
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup
  • Pepperoni slices, 6 pieces
  • Bell pepper, 1/4 cup diced
  • Red onion, 2 tablespoons finely sliced
  • Fresh spinach, 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil, 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat to prepare your equipment.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board and gather all toppings so they are within reach.
  3. Lightly brush the skillet with olive oil to prepare your cooking vessel.
