  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup active sourdough starter
  • ¾ cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mixed toppings (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Semolina or cornmeal for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F with a pizza stone inside for at least 30 minutes.
