- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Drain soaked cashews and add them to a high-speed blender.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, water, and sea salt.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired by adding more maple syrup or water.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest texture.
- Add lemon juice for a slight tang.
