- 16 large White Button Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove stems, and place cap-side down on the baking sheet.
- Fill each mushroom cap with a mound of stuffing using a spoon or scoop.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with extra parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
