Description
Bite-sized no-bake truffles that marry buttery Golden Oreos with bright, concentrated freeze-dried strawberries, all cloaked in a snappy white chocolate shell. Creamy inside, crisp outside, and irresistibly pretty.

- 36 Golden Oreos, finely crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 12 oz white chocolate or white candy coating, melted
- 2 tbsp pink or red sprinkles, for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pulse Golden Oreos in a food processor until very fine crumbs form. Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries and pulse to combine.
- Add softened cream cheese to the bowl and mix until a smooth, dough-like mixture forms.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls, arranging them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then return to the parchment.
- Sprinkle immediately with sprinkles or extra crushed strawberries. Let set until the coating is firm.
- Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
Notes
- Note: If the coating thickens, gently rewarm and stir smooth.
- For neat dipping, use a fork or skewer and tap off excess chocolate.
- Avoid fresh strawberries in the filling, they add too much moisture.
- For extra color, dust the tops with additional crushed freeze-dried strawberry powder.
