Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green peas, thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the avocados, green peas, fresh lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, red chili, garlic, and salt to a food processor or blender.
  2. Secure the lid and pulse until mostly smooth, leaving a slight texture for interest.
  3. Blend briefly again if you prefer a smoother consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust with additional salt or lime juice as needed.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
