Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup green peas, thawed if frozen
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the avocados, green peas, fresh lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, red chili, garlic, and salt to a food processor or blender.
- Secure the lid and pulse until mostly smooth, leaving a slight texture for interest.
- Blend briefly again if you prefer a smoother consistency.
- Taste and adjust with additional salt or lime juice as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
