Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then beat until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
  6. Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls, place on the baking sheet, and flatten slightly using a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly cracked.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
