This Skinny Watermelon Margarita is light, refreshing, and perfect for summer sipping. Made with fresh watermelon juice, zesty lime, and smooth tequila, it’s a guilt-free cocktail you can enjoy anytime without all the added sugar.

- 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz triple sec (or orange liqueur)
- 1–2 tsp agave nectar (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges and watermelon slices, for garnish
- Coarse salt or Tajín, for rimming the glass
Instructions
- Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice into a pitcher to remove pulp if desired.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave nectar (if using) with a handful of ice. Shake well.
- Rim serving glasses with lime juice and dip into coarse salt or Tajín.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour in the margarita mixture, and garnish with lime wedges and watermelon slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- For a frozen version, blend the watermelon with ice instead of shaking.
- Use chilled watermelon for an extra refreshing drink.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave nectar.
