Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Grease a 6 ounce ramekin and pour in the batter.
- Slowly pour hot water on top without stirring.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until edges are set but center is still glossy.
- Let rest for 1 minute, then serve warm.
