- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well blended.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly, place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold edges over, and pinch to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Brush tops with melted butter right out of the oven.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Keep biscuit dough chilled for flakier results.
- Do not overstuff to prevent bursting.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
