- 2 large English Cucumbers
- 1/2 cup White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss thinly sliced cucumbers with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain the cucumbers and return them to the bowl.
- Add vinegar, sugar, pepper, and dill. Toss well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Taste and adjust salt or sugar if needed. Serve cold.
