- 1 double pie crust, for top and bottom
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
- Stir in flaked salmon, chopped onion, melted butter, dill, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.
- Place one pie crust into a 9 inch pie dish and press gently into the edges.
- Pour the salmon mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
- Cover with the top crust and seal the edges.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set in the center.
- Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
