Instructions
- Place the salad greens and mango cubes in a large bowl.
- Add the cheese cubes evenly.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss gently until well combined and serve immediately.

- Add dressing just before serving.
- Use ripe but firm mango.
