- 12 cannelloni pasta tubes
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly oil a baking dish.
- Mix ricotta, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in the baking dish.
- Fill pasta tubes with the ricotta mixture and arrange in the dish.
- Pour remaining sauce over pasta and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Let the dish rest before serving for cleaner slices.
