  • 3/4 cup red wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the red wine.
