Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a baking dish.
- Whisk milk, cream, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
- Spread bread cubes evenly in the baking dish.
- Pour the custard over the bread and gently press to soak.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the center is just set.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
