Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves: 8–10 leaves, add a cool and refreshing aroma.
- Lime juice: 2 tablespoons, brings a tangy citrus balance.
- Sugar or simple syrup: 1 tablespoon, adds gentle sweetness.
- Coconut milk: 1/2 cup, chilled, gives a creamy tropical flavor.
- Sparkling water: 1/4 cup, provides light fizz and freshness.
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries: 3–4 pieces, mashed for natural pink tint.
- Crushed ice: As needed, to chill and fill the glass.
- Lime slices and mint sprigs: For garnish and aroma.
Instructions
- Chill your glass: Place the serving glass in the fridge for about 5 minutes.
- Muddle ingredients: In a shaker, combine mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice, gently muddling to release mint oils.
- Add fruit base: Mash the strawberries or raspberries at the bottom of the chilled glass.
- Fill with ice: Add crushed ice to the glass until halfway full.
- Pour and mix: Add the muddled mixture, followed by coconut milk and sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.

Notes
- Use chilled coconut milk for a smooth and creamy finish.
- For deeper pink color, add a small amount of strawberry syrup or juice.
- Do not over-muddle the mint; it can turn bitter.
- Keep leftovers refrigerated and stir before reusing.
