- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix (one standard package)
- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Place a large mixing bowl in the refrigerator for a few minutes to chill and keep ingredients cold.
- In the chilled bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple with the instant vanilla pudding mix and stir until evenly blended.
- Set out your serving bowl or individual dessert glasses for easy assembly and presentation.
- Gently fold the sour cream into the pineapple-pudding mixture, then fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and airy. Add the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans if using.
- No cooking required, simply cover and refrigerate to allow the mixture to set and the flavors to meld. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
